TENNIS FITNESS BOOT CAMP

Saturday, June 7 & Sunday, June 8

 

This high-energy training program is designed to improve your performance on the court through a powerful combination of skills and drills. Each session blends tennis-specific conditioning with technical stroke development, footwork training, agility exercises, and match-play scenarios to help players move faster, hit stronger, and compete smarter. 

Participants will build endurance, speed, coordination, and confidence while sharpening key tennis fundamentals such as serves, volleys, groundstrokes, and court positioning. 

Cost

  • $25 per/session
  • $40 for 2 sessions (1 session on each day)
