Camp Registration Instructions

Clubspark Registration 

  • Prior to registering for one of our 2026 camps, you will need to create a Clubspark account.  Clubspark is the integrated platform supporting our club website, membership, coaching, programs, camps and court bookings.
  • You can visit our new website at  http://www.fenelonfallstennisclub.com
  • Click on the Register box at the top right corner
  • Fill in all Clubspark member details for the parent, create a password and accept the terms and conditions to complete your sign up.
  • Use the Sign In button at the top right with your email and password created.
  • Once you have signed in you will see your initials at the top right.  Click on your initials and then select Profile

  • Please verify your contact details and add your emergency contact name and phone number so that the coach/club will have these details in the event of an accident.
  • Note that within your profile you will have access to change your password if necessary

Camp Booking

  • Now you may compete your camp registration.  From the Home page click on Summer Camp
  • Select the Summer Camp at the bottom
  • Select the week or weeks your child would like to participate
  • Click Continue Booking
  • Click Add a Player to add your child (unless you already have a FFTC Family membership, in which case, select the childs name)
  • Enter the childs details and click Save
  • Select the childs name from the Who's Going list
  • Accept Terms and Conditions
  • Confirm Booking
  • You will receive a camp booking confirmation email
