OR you can print off the form and fill it in manually to be attached to a cheque and mail to:

DO NOT leave cash payments in the clubhouse! Please fill out a new application form each year when you send in your membership fees, these are needed for our record keeping and audit purposes.
The gate lock codes will be emailed to you once payment is received.
